This Manufacturer Partner Agreement ("Agreement") is between Compare the Charger ("we", "us", "our") and the manufacturer entity registering for a partner account ("Manufacturer", "you"). By completing the manufacturer registration process and ticking the acceptance checkbox, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
To register as a manufacturer partner you must be authorised to act on behalf of the legal entity you are registering. Manufacturer profiles are subject to a vetting process. We reserve the right to decline or revoke any manufacturer registration at our sole discretion.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and currency of all information provided in your manufacturer profile and product listings, including but not limited to:
You must update your profile and product information promptly whenever details change. Compare the Charger is not responsible for errors, omissions, or outdated information that you have failed to update. You indemnify Compare the Charger against any claims, losses, or damages arising from inaccurate or outdated information in your profile or listings.
Your subscription entitles you to access the features associated with your chosen plan tier. Plan features may include, but are not limited to:
The specific features included at each tier are set out on our subscription page and may be updated from time to time with reasonable notice.
Subscription fees are billed in Australian dollars on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection). Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by the Australian Consumer Law.
All prices are GST-inclusive unless stated otherwise. A tax invoice will be issued for each payment.
We may change subscription fees by providing at least 30 days' written notice. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new fees.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Your profile and listings will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which access to paid features will cease. We do not provide refunds for unused portions of a billing period unless required by law.

You grant Compare the Charger a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and distribute your product information, images, and trademarks solely for the purpose of operating the Site and promoting your products. You retain ownership of your intellectual property.
Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may terminate immediately if you breach this Agreement, provide false information, or engage in conduct that may harm Compare the Charger or its users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Compare the Charger's liability to you under or in connection with this Agreement is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Both parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
